Which are the most prestigious MiMs in Europe that are taught in English? And which are the best in English-speaking countries? What about the most dynamic market for MiM graduates? I'd also like to know whether it makes sense to study a MiM in English in a non-English speaking country, so if anyone's got any advice on that, I'd love to hear it. Thanks!

LBS would be the best choice and it's both in English and in an English-speaking country and market. ESCP and IE are also up there.
