I'll be possibly applying for a MiM next year in the UK and would love to hear about the best programmes and how they compare, as there's not that much info out there on this type of programme. I've looked a bit more in depth into Imperial, LBS and LSE. Are Strathclyde and Warwick as highly regarded when it comes to MiMs as they are for MBAs?

Top ones are LBS, Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial, LSE. You're right in that there's not a lot of info., but you can look into specific programs according to your goals and into the schools themselves, as you say, outside of the specifics of the MiM and how it's ranked.
