Are MiMs better than MBA as career pivots?

For someone whose job experience is quite irrelevant for an MBA, but who would like to transition into the business sector (ideally as a business analyst), would a MiM make more sense than an MBA? I've been working in customer service for a while and I'm looking for a way out, a way to be able to opt for a better job and future. I'm a EU citizen and would also like to know whether these degrees are worth anything here.

Thanks.

You're right to assume a MiM would be a better fit for someone who lacks experience. As opposed to MBAs, MiMs are specifically designed for early-career professionals. They're also valued in the EU so it'd be the most sensible choice.
