In terms of program curriculum, MSc's in Business Analytics typically address a number of data-related topics that are important to today's organizations. Some of the courses in these programs will be data intensive, so students may learn about coding, data mining, and machine learning, for example. However, a Master in Business Analytics may also include classes that are on the 'softer' side of the spectrum: analytics team management, for example, or data-enabled decisionmaking.
In terms of careers after an MSc in Business Analytics, the options are broad and varied. Many grads go onto work as data analysts in a variety of firms. Others may pursue careers in data-heavy industries like financial services. Yet others may on to go into supply chain or marketing roles where analytics skills are often critical.
