Studying with the ESB Spirit!
Beyond the lecture halls, ESB students actively engage in student-led initiatives that develop their skills and foster a strong sense of community. Students have the opportunity to master classic consultancy skills through real-world company projects, gain experience in interdisciplinary teams, interact with business experts, and get their first taste of practical experience in the financial markets.
The 'ESB Spirit' continues post-graduation through one of Germany's largest alumni associations, offering coaching, mentoring, and global meetups. This international network ensures that connections formed during university years continue to flourish long after students have left the campus.
