ESB Business School Campus

ESB Business School is part of public, state-funded Reutlingen University and has been setting standards in the education and training of young leaders in international business administration and business engineering for more than 50 years.

Close to Stuttgart, ESB Business School is located in a prosperous region that is home to many global players e.g., in automotive or mechanical engineering.

Truly international.

Over 2,100 students from around 70 nations live and study together on our cosmopolitan campus. Our ESB motto “Truly international” also stands for a range of degree programs with a global orientation, for study-integrated internships and semesters abroad as well as for a worldwide network of more than 120 partner universities in 40 countries. With their international experience, a 60-strong team of professors with practical experience as well as many guest lecturers and staff add even greater diversity to our lively university campus.

Graduates of ESB Business School are highly sought after by HR recruiters at home and abroad. Since 2019, ESB Business School has also been accredited by the world’s largest accreditation organization AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), and thus belongs to the top league of business schools worldwide. Only five per cent of all business schools worldwide bear this seal of quality.

ESB Business School’s quality management system was accredited by the German accreditation council. This ensures that quality development of all study programmes is part of its mission.

Studying with the ESB Spirit!

Beyond the lecture halls, ESB students actively engage in student-led initiatives that develop their skills and foster a strong sense of community. Students have the opportunity to master classic consultancy skills through real-world company projects, gain experience in interdisciplinary teams, interact with business experts, and get their first taste of practical experience in the financial markets.

The 'ESB Spirit' continues post-graduation through one of Germany's largest alumni associations, offering coaching, mentoring, and global meetups. This international network ensures that connections formed during university years continue to flourish long after students have left the campus.
